There is a log fire for winter use only.<\/p>\n

Full range of cutlery, pans and chinaware etc. Kettle, Iron and ironing board. Hair dryers x 3. Coffee Makers x 4 including Nespresso machine. Cots x 2 \u00a0plus an additional day cot – baby bedding not provided. High chairs x 2. Small sun umbrella for round table on summer terrace<\/p>\n

1st Floor\u00a0– 2 large bedrooms, each one with \u00a0en suite shower room and king-size beds.<\/p>\n

Attic Floor\u00a0– 2 large attic bedrooms ideally suited for children as ceiling heights a bit low. A double bed in one and 4 singles in the other.\u00a0 A WC and hand basin room is situated between these rooms.<\/p>\n

Linen and towels provided. BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED.<\/p>\n

Bathroom details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are three bathrooms in the property. \u00a0One on the ground floor with an amazingly powerful shower, and two on the first floor, both ensuite.<\/p>\n

There is a toilet and washbasin room between the two bedrooms in the attic.<\/p>\n

There are no bathtubs on the property but we supply a baby bath as well as a potty.<\/p>\n

Private heated pool – beautiful water\u00a0 sanitised by UV light, filtered through recycled glass\u00a0\u00a0and virtually chemical free.<\/p>\n

Largest barn – a games room for table tennis<\/p>\n

3 separate terraces with shade of one form or another – enjoy the breath-taking views. One with an umbrella, one with a wisteria covered pergola, and outside the kitchen a pergola with a trumpet vine and grape vine covering giving dappled shade.<\/p>\n
