Main sitting room with working fireplace for winter, summer sitting room leading onto terrace, library/games room, huge L-shaped kitchen, 4 Bedrooms , 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1ground floor bathroom and 1 additional WC and handbasin room. Cast iron radiators.
Bedroom Layouts:
1st Floor – 2 large bedrooms, each one with en suite shower room and king-size beds.
Attic Floor – 2 large attic bedrooms ideally suited for children as ceiling heights a bit low. A double bed in one and 4 singles in the other. A WC and hand basin room is situated between these rooms.
Linen and towels provided. BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED.
Bathroom details:
There are three bathrooms in the property. One on the ground floor with an amazingly powerful shower, and two on the first floor, both ensuite.
There is a toilet and washbasin room between the two bedrooms in the attic.
There are no bathtubs on the property but we supply a baby bath as well as a potty.
Outdoors:
Private heated pool – beautiful water sanitised by UV light, filtered through recycled glass and virtually chemical free.
Largest barn – a games room for table tennis
3 separate terraces with shade of one form or another – enjoy the breath-taking views. One with an umbrella, one with a wisteria covered pergola, and outside the kitchen a pergola with a trumpet vine and grape vine covering giving dappled shade.
